At this retreat you can expect a healthy mix of exercise and relaxation, time for yourself and shared activities, culinary delights as well as joy, fun and well-being.

Every morning we start together with aqua gymnastics in the pool and an exercise session on land.

The subsequent program is varied so that you can gain lots of new impressions and perhaps take some inspiration home with you.
